Though she’s no longer a member of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, Brandi Glanville still leads a life filled with enough drama for 10 reality shows.
Recently, most of it has revolved around Brandi’s rekindled feud with LeAnn Rimes.
But Brandi is still perfectly capable of attracting negative attention without the help of her Single White Female doppelganger, thank you very much.
Brandi’s latest mini-scandals both involve major hits to her bank account that could have the boozy blonde groveling to Andy Cohen in hopes of getting her old job back.
The first blow is a result of Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit against Brandi which stems from comments Glanville made about Krupa back in 2014.
Not only did Brandi claim that Krupa slept with Mohamed Hadid while he was still married to Yolanda Foster, she also claimed (NSFL warning!) that Mohamed told her Krupa’s vagina has a particularly fishy odor.
Needless to say, Krupa was not pleased with the remarks, and sources say she’s rejected all settlement offers and plans to take her suit to court.
In fact, several mutual acquaintances of Krupa and Glanville’s, including Hadid, Foster, and Lisa Vanderpump, have been called to give depositions, and it seems things are decisively not going Brandi’s way.
Part of the problem may be that Glanville burned bridges with Vanderpump in a big way last year, but for whatever reason, the RHOBH and Vanderpump Rules star tore Brandi a new one in her testimony:
“I don’t give anything Brandi Glanville says any credence or credibility,” Vanderpump said in deposition transcripts obtained by the Daily Mail.
“She said so many things that were untrue.”
Harsh.
The exact amount of the damages Krupa is seeking is unknown, but it’s reported to be in the low seven-figure range.
Unfortunately for Glanville, her latest lawsuit isn’t the only thing that’s giving her cause for financial concern.
According to TMZ, Brandi owes the IRS back taxes from 2013 and 2014.
The total of her debt?
A reported $112,000.
Granted, even without her Bravo salary, Brandi has some pretty nice income coming in from several revenue streams, but a seven-figure judgment and a six-figure tax lien could force her to make some serious lifestyle changes.
We’re guessing you’ll soon be seeing a lot more Instagram posts where Brandi is shilling some random weight loss product.
