Welp, he’s back home in Arkansas.

After entering treatment last August for cheating on his wife, Anna and admitting to molesting young girls when he was a teenager, Josh Duggar has returned home to his family.

While it’s not certain how Anna Duggar received her husband upon his arrival, his four children are reportedly psyched to see their dad.

“If nothing else, this is a happy time for their kids,” a source told People Magazine.

The Duggar released a statement on their site confirming the news.

“Josh has completed his residential rehabilitation program. We are so thankful for everyone who worked with Josh in this program,”

“It was a crucial first step in recovery and healing for Josh. Josh has now returned to Arkansas, where he will continue professional counseling and focus on rebuilding relationships with his family.

We look to God for help and guidance and place all of our trust in Him. We are forever grateful for the love and prayers offered by so many and hope you will continue to pray in the days ahead.”

Interactions between Duggar and his family will likely be kept private, even though a new season of Jill & Jessa: Counting On has teased family members’ responses to Duggar’s actions.

“I definitely have forgiven Josh. It is a process, though, that you have to work through in your heart,” Jessa Seewald, one of her brother’s victims, admitted to People.

“And trust is not quickly rebuilt. It is something that takes a while. We love him very much, though, and we are very hopeful for the future.”
