Katy Perry is at war, and things are about to turn ugly.

No, we’re not talking about Katy’s feud with Taylor Swift. In fact, we’re pretty sure Katy might have just declared victory against T-Swizzle by being named the highest paid entertainer of the year by a wide margin.

It’s what KP is doing with her estimated $135 million in earnings that’s caused her latest squabble. Unfortunately for Katy, her new rivals may have a force even more powerful that Taylor’s army of gal pals on their side.

For years, Katy has had her eye on a former convent in LA that she’d like to convert into her massive new home.

According to insiders, the deal was done, and Katy was set to fork over $14.5 million for the property. Then the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart googled Katy and were not happy with what they found.

“Well, I found Katy Perry and I found her videos, and if it’s all right to say, I wasn’t happy with any of it,” Sister Rita Callahan recently told the LA Times.

Sister Rita says she was particularly repulsed by Katy’s Super Bowl haltime show.

Eventually, the nuns pulled a fast one and quickly sold the convent to a local restauranteur who offered up even more cash than Katy.

Unfortunately for Sister Rita and her fellow wives of Christ, the Archdiocese wants the original deal with Katy to go through as planned.

Katy reportedly tried to make things right by meeting with the nuns, showing them her Jesus tattoo, and even belting out some hymns. But as anyone went to Catholic school knows, these ladies are not easily impressed.

The irony of the situation is that Katy wants to live in the house with her mother and grandmother, both of whom are conservative Christians.

We guess there’s a lesson to be learned here: One whip cream-shooting bra can totally screw up your reputation for life. Or something.
