Director Judd Apatow has been vocal about his thoughts on the Bill Cosby rape scandal from the beginning, and he’s showing no signs of slowing down.

At the Golden Globes on Sunday, Apatow went so far as to tell Access Hollywood on the red carpet that he thinks Cosby should be locked up for his crimes.

"He should be in prison… he should be in jail," Apatow said.

Apatow’s wife, actress Leslie Mann, also weighed in on Cosby, saying, "I was thinking, ‘We’re pretty sure he’s a rapist at this point.’ Is that terrible to say?"

"You’re allowed to make jokes," replied her husband, with whom she has two daughters. "[There are] 33 [women]. At 27, I wasn’t sure, but at 33 I’m pretty sure."

More than two dozen women have accused Cosby, 77, of rape or sexual assault; though he has never been charged with a crime in any of those cases.

His lawyer has called the allegations "increasingly ridiculous," and Cosby has his loyal supporters, but there’s no doubt his reputation has been tarnished.

Cosby was skewered by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on stage at the Globes, but by and large, most celebrities have not been as vocal as Apatow.

He says he "can understand why someone would say, ‘Why does Judd care about this?’" However, he adds, "I absolutely would like to see him in jail."

"That’s where people who commit sexual assaults go … I’m not comfortable with him running around the country doing stand-up like nothing’s happening."

"I have two daughters. I’m a comedian," he went on. "I see [Cosby] a little bit as our comedy dad … It’s like finding out your comedy dad is a really evil guy."

Apatow says "If everybody was talking about it, I probably wouldn’t have much to say," but it’s troubling that they’re not, and "I don’t want it to suddenly disappear."

"You just don’t want him having a blast … he just kind of goes back out on the road and does his thing. At the very least, go in your mansion and disappear."

"He shouldn’t be rewarded and applauded for raping that many women."
