Kristin Cavallari posted a post-workout selfie on Instagram Sunday, and needless to say there have been more plenty workouts where this came from.

For someone who just had a baby – her second, no less – seven short months ago, she looks certifiably cut, and is obviously proud to show it. Wow.

“Just got a nice little workout in. Yes those are baby monitors behind me. #GottaLoveNapTime,” Cavallari captioned the pic of herself in a white sports bra.

Hey, you gotta make the most of those nap times, are we right parents?

The wife of Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler admitted she worked hard to shed 20 pounds in just two months after her second son Jaxon’s arrival.

“I’ve been working out really hard. Those last five pounds are really stubborn. It’s in your stomach,” she said. “You have to eat really well and work out.”

 

“I don’t put any toxic chemicals in my body,” the MTV reality star said.

“I’m a freak about reading the ingredients. I don’t count calories, I just read what’s in whatever I’m going to be putting in my mouth,” she explained.

“I stay away from dairy for the most part. I think that is the number one weight gainer. If you’re going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy.”

One other thing Kristin Cavallari stayed away from that’s less toxic?

This weekend’s Laguna Beach high school reunion, attended by Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth, Jen Bunney and others back in her SoCal hometown.

Such is the life of a mother of two and NFL wife whose husband has to work on Thanksgiving. We’re gonna guess she’s not complaining … and neither is he.
