Long before the days of Grammys, tabloids, business ventures and elevator fights, Beyonce and Solange Knowles were just regular little girls celebrating Christmas.

Solange, 28, shared the vintage throwback above on Christmas Day, with the two adorable sisters in coordinated red, white, and green plaid dresses.
Beyonce’s curly brunette hair is down in the shot, while Solange’s is pulled back in a bow as now estranged parents Tina and Matthew relax behind them.
“‘Can’t be be bothered’ since 90…” Solange captioned the pic.
“Merry Christmas!”
In another throwback photo, the little girl is shown playing with holiday decorations, and in a third, Solange posted a shot of the two sisters together.
The Destiny’s Child superstar, 33, has always been close with her younger, less famous sister, of whom she once said in an interview with Essence …
“I’m very proud of my sister and protective of her. Solange is the one person I will fight for. Don’t talk about my sister; don’t play with me about my sister.”
“If you do, you’ll see another side of me.”

With the infamous Solange-Jay Z elevator fight serving as one of the biggest celebrity gossip stories of this year, the pair’s relationship became tabloid fodder.
All seems to be right with the siblings now, though, along with Jay and both Knowles girls. All that Beyonce-Jay Z divorce talk? Just talk. Just empty talk.
