Temptation was the theme of The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 6, where the remaining contestants take on a challenge that would test their resolve.

Can they resist the allure of … TAILGATING!?

Oh yes, the high-calorie comfort foods and the promise of a good time while eating them make for a scenario with a lot of potential to set them back.

Succumbing to this would be all too easy. So which athletes thrived and who fell victim to this possible pitfall on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 6?

Did you know Americans spend an estimated $35 billion annually on food and beverages strictly for tailgating purposes? Talk about a lot of Bud Light.

This statistic was not strictly deployed to make us feel bad, but to launch a challenge for the contestants, tempting them with pizza, donuts and the like.

The big twist?

  • The person who ate the MOST calories earned immunity at the weigh-in.
  • Their weight still counted toward the team’s total, putting them all at risk.

The food didn’t look all that enticing, though. Maybe it was just how it appeared on TV or your laptop when you watch The Biggest Loser online?

Either way, they LITERALLY did not bite.

"There’s so much food that I used to love," one of the contestants said, in a familiar refrain for many of them. "I never want to feel that way again."

Toma Dobrosavljevic was game though.

The White Team member decided to eat to gain immunity, a bold strategic move that saw him inhale 852 calories that looked to be primarily boneless wings.

"These are not going down that well," he lamented, but in the end, his strategy paid off as he earned immunity and didn’t end up screwing over the team.

Dobrosavljevic still lost seven pounds.

Meanwhile, Gina Haddon from the Blue Team was eliminated, after losing just three. What did you think of the challenge and the episode in general?
