Kim Kardashian, reality star, fashion icon, global celebrity and multi-millionaire, admits that she cringes when looking back at old photos of herself.

Who would have imagined that? And why does she feel that way?

In an interview with Telegraph‘s Fashion online magazine, she says:

“I look back at old photos and I want to cringe when I matched, like … turquoise eye shadow with turquoise sweater with turquoise flowers in my hair.”

“Like, I was so bizarre. If I could go back [in time] I’d just be classic.”

“That’s why I try to dress my daughter classic so she can look back at her baby pictures when she’s older and know that she was dressed so simple and cute.”

Indeed, you can watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online and scour the Internet for any outfit Kim has ever worn, so it’s not like she can forget them.

Most of us can just move on without that kind of digital footprint.

Of course, that’s also why Kim is so fabulously famous and wealthy, and most of the time, she looks pretty darn perfect when she leaves the house.

Inside it, though, is where Kardashian feels truly comfortable.

“I wear sweats every night around the house,” she reveals.

“When I am exhausted I go on vacation and rejuvenate, wear no makeup and hardly brush my hair. Then I come back refreshed and wanting to do my hair and make-up.”

Stars. They’re just like us. Well, in some ways. Not all ways.

The Playboy spreads, the GQ shoots, the fashion lines, the reality shows, the social media deluge, the Kim Kardashian sex tape … in those ways she’s unique.

As for her style, she says she keeps it classic now though.

With Kim’s fashion so on point nowadays, she says daughter North West will be allowed to scour her immense closet once she reaches the right age.

“North can have whatever she wants from my wardrobe. Maybe I’ll give her the key when she turns 18! I’ll definitely pass down my MET ball dresses.”

“My Givenchy wedding dress … everything I keep for her is organized in storage,” Kim says of her heiress. “Here’s hoping we’re the same size shoe.”

Indeed. Please, let it be so.
