Stop us if you've heard this before: Justin Bieber is in trouble with the law.
Or he should be, at least, according to Aja Oxman.
The photographer has filed a lawsuit against Bieber, alleging the singer was behind a brutal attack against him last November in Kauai.
Obtained by TMZ, the legal documents claim Justin “enjoyed the beating” and that it started when Bieber was cliff jumping and Oxman was snapping pictures of him from a public beach.
Bieber is accused of ordering his bodyguard to “go get” Oxman’s memory card and to “do whatever you have to do to get that card."
Oxman the says the employee complied, in violent fashion, and took his camera and memory card. The lawsuit claims Bieber and his hired muscle destroyed the camera together.
Bieber's bodyguard was arrested for the incident, though this is the first time Justin himself has been directly tied to it.
It's FAR from the first time, however, that Bieber's bodyguard(s) has been accused by a paparazzi member of a physical confrontation.
In February of this year, another strong man was arrested for doing basically the same thing as Oxman writes about here.
Does it sort of suck to have your picture taken all the time? We're sure it does. Is this a tiny price to pay for fame and fortune and does Bieber have to stop (allegedly) sicking his help on people just doing their jobs?
