Basketball Wives star Draya Michele may be facing a lawsuit after bailing on a paid club appearance because there were too many gay people at the venue.
Draya was set to appear at a West Hollywood nightclub (above), but allegedly peaced out after deciding there were too many "f**s and d**es" there.
The hostess at Penthouse Nightclub told TMZ that Draya apparently felt it was a waste her time to host a gig for such individuals and bolted immediately.
Draya, meanwhile, denies making the homophobic comment ... or even showing up at the club that night. Michele says she phoned in sick, literally.
She says the club owner threatened to trash her in the media for being a no show, and that's exactly what's happening; Draya says the story is B.S.
Penthouse counters that Michele accepted a $2,500 deposit, was obligated to show and cost them even more money as disappointed club-goers left.
Draya says she's happy to entertain fans - LGBT or otherwise - on a different night and venue. That's nice. But the club's claim begs the question ...
Were there really any fans who were let down by this?!
