Teen Mom stars Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley are back in the news over an alleged feud, but for once, they may actually be on the same side.
Ambs has been clean, sober and staying out of trouble after her November release from state prison, but that doesn't mean she's been drama free.
The 23-year-old mother of Leah, 5, had a run-in with baby daddy Gary’s ex, Kristina Anderson, at an open house at her new school earlier this week.
After attending Pendleton, Indiana’s East Elementary School ice cream social with little Leah, “Gary and Amber seemed to be having a heated conversation."
“Amber had her arm crossed. She definitely didn’t look happy.”
It wasn't a fight with Gary that set Amber Portwood off, though. Just yards away, people saw Anderson crying on a bench with her mother and daughter, Karly:
“It seemed like there had just been some sort of confrontation. Now that Leah and Karly are going to the same school, I hope there won’t be constant drama."
Uh, you ever watch Teen Mom online, anonymous source?!
Shirley and Anderson bitterly split in December, when Shirley accused her of cheating in an epic Twitter rant. Gary and Amber? They've had their own issues.
Both say they are coexisting happily and platonically co-parenting for Leah’s sake, though there are some lingering feelings that complicate matters.
It remains to be seen if Portwood, Maci Bookout and Catelynn Lowell will sign on for a new Teen Mom season, with our without the outcast Farrah Abraham.
Portwood's book Never Too Late also comes out this month.
