Deal or No Deal and America's Next Top Model beauty Katie Cleary will inherit nothing from her late husband Andrew Stern's will, a new report says.
Andrew Stern committed suicide last month at a gun range, and his will makes clear that his parents are the sole beneficiaries of his $408,000 life savings.
The result of severe depression, Stern's death was also influenced by his recent separation from Cleary, who denies playing any role in his demise.
Andrew's friends say he was upset by Katie partying in Cannes with Leonardo DiCaprio and the like, which took place just weeks beforehand.
She says they'd already split amicably, however.
In any case, the will was drafted before they got hitched, and Cleary sources believe that Andrew drafted a new will after they were married.
That would leave her a big chunk of his assets, if not all of them, although even those close to Katie Cleary say she's not positive it even exists.
Andrew filed for divorce two months before he committed suicide, but it wasn't finalized, so their separation was not legal as far as Stern's will is concerned.
