Jay Z and Beyonce's On the Run tour may be in full swing, but that doesn't mean the first couple of hip hop can't take some time to get back to nature with their 2-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.
Of course, the Carters idea of roughing it probably includes a cabin with walk-in closets and a cooler stocked with Cristal, but hey, at least they're in the woods! Somewhere...
Yes, as usual, Bey shared these pics on her website without providing any specifics about her family's location. And that's not the only information that Mrs. Carter tightly controls.
As with the last time Beyonce shared Blue Ivy photos, the toddler's face is nowhere to be seen, and she's only photographed from behind.
We suppose it's Bey's way of involving fans in her family life, while at the same time maintaining some semblance of privacy.
Clever move, when you think about it.
This is a two-year-old girl who's hounded by paparazzi everywhere she goes. Heck, Blue Ivy visited the White House just a week after her second birthday.
What we're saying is: she's in demand - and the Carters have found a way to strike the right balance between giving the public what it wants (photos of Baby Blue) while at the same time not fully caving to the pressure to share every moment of their lives with the world.
Maybe they'd prefer not to share photos of their daughter with their millions of fans, but Bey and Jay are both media savvy enough to know that if they tried to keep Blue fully hidden, paparazzi would be jumping out of the trees every time they tried to go glamping.
