It was a dark day for Apollo Nida when he was sentenced to eight years in prison, and that wasn’t even the half of it. He must repay his victims, NOW.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star turned convict has been ordered by a judge to pay nearly $2 million in restitution for his massive fraud right.

According to court documents filed in Atlanta on July 16, Nida owes a total of $1,948,214.85, including hundreds of thousands to U.S. states.

He also owes six figures to the IRS, the U.S. Department Housing and Urban Development, and private companies (JP Morgan Chase gets $828,300).

All of that is “due and payable immediately” according to court files.

If he can’t wipe out the debt all at once, the court demands he pay “any portion of the criminal monetary debt that remains unpaid” when he gets out.

That debt shall be paid “at the monthly rate of at least $250, plus 25% of gross monthly income in excess of $2,300.” So he’s gonna work at this awhile.

He is expected to surrender to the authorities and enter prison soon.

Not surprisingly, we should see all of this play out when we watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta next season, as Bravo cameras will be rolling.

According to reports, Nida and wife Phaedra Parks – reportedly considering an open marriage – were seen together with a camera crew in Atlanta on July 16.

It was their first appearance together in more than three months.

Nida and his wife were working on marriage “issues” that seemed to have arisen since he was charged with identity theft and bank fraud earlier this year.

That’ll tend to throw a wrench into an otherwise happy union.
