Most Kim Kardashian stories are pretty harmless, but on Sunday’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she and her mom were confronted with racist comments.

If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online, or keep up with them on the Internet, you knew about the racial incident that went down on their Vienna trip.

We finally got to see it play out on TV this week, and the results were pretty surprising. Meanwhile, Kourtney kept trying to delay moving to her new home. Why?

Find out in our Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 9 Episode 11 recap!

Let’s start with the rat. No, not Scott Disick. The actual rat who infiltrated the new home he bought with baby mama Kourtney.

The latter, who worked VERY hard in order to afford the mansion, freaked the eff out upon seeing this critter and then later upon seeing more rat poop on the floor.

She leaves the house in response and refuses to come back until the problem is fixed. And Scott is totally understanding about it. HA! Just kidding…

Bruce, however, offers his daughter some advice, telling her to let the cat run around and go to town on the unwanted creature(s).

Scott, conversely, simply moves into the residence himself, chilling on an air mattress and telling Kourtney to relax and join him in their large abode.

Do these inspiring words do the trick? Sort of, actually. On moving day, Kourtney admits that she does fear change a lot and that character flaw may have been holding her back as much as the rat. But she’s prepared to tackle this new challenge head on.

There’s something to be learned here, people. Thank goodness Kourtney Kardashian is around to teach us how to conquer the fear of moving into a giant mansion.

ELSEWHERE, Kim has been selected to host the Vienna Opera Ball in Austria for some reason. So she jets overseas with Kris and North West for this prestigious white tie fundraiser.

All seems to be going relatives okay (except for Kris having some items stolen out of her suitcase) until Kim arrives at the ball.

Once there, she spots some dude totally hired by E! dressed in blackface who is impersonating Kanye West. Off camera, we hear him drop the N Word.

But this isn’t the only racial incident E! conjures up as a storyline Kim faces during her trip: on the flight home, a woman makes racist remarks at North, prompting the pilot actually come out and address the situation.

So Kim claims to Khloe, at least. Viewers never actually hear or see the unfortunate confrontation… but we’re totally sure it happened!

Why else would Kim go home to write a blog about how racism is this real thing that has now affected her and she’s prepared to do something about it.

Oh, yes. Move over Al Sharpton. Take a seat, Cornell West. Kim Kardashian is here, she may possibly have been the victim of a racist epithet and she’s gonna blog one time about it to show the rest of you how this race relations thing is done!
