Rachel Bilson: Pregnant with First Child!

by at .  Updated at . Comments

Rachel Bilson is going to be a mom! The 32-year-old Hart of Dixie and OC actress is pregnant with her first child, multiple sources have confirmed.

The father? Longtime boyfriend Hayden Christensen.

"They've both talked about this for awhile and are so excited," a Bilson insider said of the couple, adding, "Everyone is beyond thrilled for them."

Indeed, Bilson revealed to Cosmopolitan in May 2013, "I definitely have family on the brain. Having kids is something I want to see in my future ... I hope."

Hope no more. It's on!

Christensen, 33, and Bilson met in 2007 on the set of Jumper. The private, low-key couple got engaged in December 2008 and called things off in 2010.

They reconciled just a few months after that, though, and have been together ever since. Congratulations to both stars on their impending arrival!

"'Having kids is something I want to see in my future..." While them having a daddy you're actually married to isn't important. smh "The private, low-key couple got engaged in December 2008 and called things off in 2010." Now that's a stellar recommendation for a marriage (relationship, whatever) long-lasting enough for a child to actually grow up in, isn't it...NOT!!! The brains of some people must be deteriorating over time. I do believe we were once smarter (or wiser) than so many are nowadays.
