It’s well documented that Porsha Williams hates Kenya Moore like no other, but a new report suggests she had another motive in starting their now-infamous fight.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was already on the chopping block, insiders say, and her beatdown of Kenya was a Hail Mary pass of sorts to keep her job.
While prior reports suggested Porsha will be fired for her attack on Kenya, she was going for the opposite effect – generating the buzz and ratings producers crave.
Could it really have been premeditated that deliberately, though?
Sources say Kenya taunted her before Porsha lost her s–t during the Season 6 reunion taping, instigating the brawl that led to a 911 call in downtown Atlanta.
It’s hard to believe she was itching for a full-on brouhaha going in.
At the same time, Kordell Stewart‘s ex-wife just got her ass handed to her in their divorce settlement, so the show is Porsha’s only source of income.
That may have factored into her desperation a little bit … or a lot.
”Porsha’s not at all violent like that, she’s just trying to keep her gig by all means necessary,” a source says, adding, “She thinks Kenya is an easy target."
Also, "She thinks she can hang with her if it came down to it.”
“Nene [Leakes] done said crazy s–t about Porsha but she wouldn’t dare step to Nene on her absolute best of best days … she knows she would get laid out.”
In any case, her reputation may have taken a serious hit.
“If young girls are looking up to her, I hope they took note on the best lesson she ever taught: Never give up your life and dreams for a man,” the source says.
“Be about yours and get your life together first, then pursue that family dream. Porsha got the game backwards. She’s hurting and lashing out at everyone.”
