Lindsay Lohan said last night that during a break in the filming for her reality show on OWN, she had a miscarriage - a stunning revelation even from her.
The bombshell came in the final moments of the two-hour finale of Lindsay, her much-maligned and little-watched series that went out with a bang.
"No one knows this, and we can finish after this, I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off," the troubled actress said, fighting off tears.
"It's a very long story," she added after a pause, offering no other details.
Lindsay Lohan, 27, suffered the miscarriage, she explained, during the two weeks she infamously held up production of the series, drawing Oprah's ire.
"I was sick. And mentally that messes with you," she said, distraught.
Obviously, she did not identify the father ... but it makes you wonder.
First, there is the question of whether this claim is even accurate. Sorry to say it, but there are people who lie like it's their job and she's one of them.
We think (and hope) that she would not stoop so low as to use a fake miscarriage as an excuse or a ploy for sympathy, but you can't be sure. It's LiLo.
Like Friday's Tila Tequila pregnant announcement or frankly anything that Farrah Abraham says, one can't help but be slightly skeptical. Just saying.
Assuming it is true what Lindsay says, that's obviously awful news.
We don't wish that kind of pain on anyone, although we (and everyone else) are wondering who got her pregnant. Any possible guesses come to mind?
