Earlier this month, Justin Bieber turned down a plea deal in conjunction with his DUI arrest.
But sources now tell TMZ that the singer will accept one in relation to the alleged egging of his neighbor's home.
As you might recall, Bieber was caught on camera hurling eggs at his neighbor's home in Calabasas a couple months ago.
The man actually videotaped Justin cursing him off and throwing nearly two dozen of these food items against his walls and doors, telling police that the moronic artist caused over $20,000 in damages.
But it looks like the case will not go to trial because the Los Angeles County District Attorney has contacted Bieber’s attorney with terms of a deal.
It will entail Bieber pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism; serving no jail time; and being placed on informal probation.
The Sheriff’s Department reportedly wants Bieber to be charged with a felony due to the damage caused, but there simply isn’t enough evidence to convict.
Yes, we can hear Justin's voice in the video below, but we never see him actually throw any eggs. Moreover, the authorities did not turn up any kind of attack proof when they searched his home.
Bieber has since sold his Calabasas mansion and is in the process of moving to Atlanta.
So the dispute with his neighbor appears to finally be over, as residents of Georgia are likely ordering bars for their windows as we type.
