Jenelle Evans is not a person you normally associate with fitness, or health in general (see smoking weed while pregnant), but there's a first time for everything.
With her second baby on the way, she's turned over a new leaf.
She's even been keeping up with her workouts, it seems, taking to Instagram to share the "simple, easy" cardio/toning routine she's following of late.
It's called "The No Excuses Pregnancy Workout."

Sounds pretty doable and healthy, right?
While every woman should trust her own body and talk to her doctor before doing any workouts (cough ... pregnant CrossFit mom), this seems manageable.
Most importantly, you can tailor it to your needs and capabilities. There's no need to run if you can only walk due to the pain, for example. Smart thinking.
Staying healthy while pregnant is very important, even if the idea of working out while in your second or third trimester seems less and less appealing.
Good for her for realizing it.
Can she keep the positive mojo going during the final months of her pregnancy and after the baby's birth? We hope so. We don't need the old Jenelle back ...
