To all the people here who are saying "loose weight" and "loosing weight"--what do you mean? That the weight is not tight or firmly attached, therefore loose? No? Then use the correct words--"lose" and "losing*. Morons.

She had to loose enough to beat the others. She will gain back about 10 lbs. and will look great. Congrats to her for loosing all that weigh and winning the money. Just saw an Inside Edition show using another "biggest looser contestant commenting but she is still overweight. Don't comment unless you lost the weight like she did. 15 to 1700 calories is standard for loosing 2 to 4 lbs a week according to most weigh lost. What a shame about all of these fatties who don't have the Will power to loose the weight like she has.

I LOVE how all of you commenting feel it's okay to say things like "she looks skeletal!" "She's anorexic!" "she needs to put some meat on her bones!" but if I were to come on here and say "she looks fat" in her first picture, that would not be okay to say. We can criticize thin people all day long and it's okay to do but the minute you say someone is fat, all hell breaks loose because you are criticizing them. All this BMI talk frustrates me. Health is based more than just on BMI. BMI is a guide. And it really doesn't take into account the particular build of each person. I'm the same height as this woman and weigh 5 more pounds than she does. I'm not scary skinny. I'm tiny with a tiny frame....I have beautiful curves with a nice ass and I have a six pack stomach. Am I on the lower side of the recommended BMI? Yep...I am. But I'm healthy and MY body looks good at this weight. America is becoming a fat, obese nation. We all keep talking about how much pressure we are putting on young people to look a certain way and to be skinny and how this isn't ideal. Well, I think we are becoming complacent as a society. You think she looks better in the middle picture? That is also a skewed perception because of the amount of overweight people we have in America at the moment. That LOOKS more normal to all of you because America is an obese nation. I guarantee you she is further away from her recommended BMI in that middle picture than she is in the third picture. I'm not sure I think losing this amount of weight in that short of a time period is necessarily healthy or good on your heart, but then again, I'm not really sure her starting weight was very good for her heart either.

Using the obesity of a nation to justify being unhealthy not only doesn't make sense, it's a cop out. You're also full of hypocrisy stating everyone is different than justifying Rachel's frame by comparing it to your own. This comments ignorance speaks for itself.

As a dietitian, she needs to gain weight to reach be in the healthy zone for her height.
But if she looks happy about her body and probably feels confident in it, so why criticize?

Her BMI of 17.5 is underweight. Am surprise the show doesn't have a Doctor on board to make sure people are not starving themselves in order to loose the weight to get the money, she is only going to gain it back once she starts eating or become anorexic if she doesn't eat. The contestants should have been watched closely to make sure they don't go too far to the other side which will put them in a far worse situation than their wt gain.

While her weight isn't scarily thin, Her skin and facial bones look like she wasn't eating enough. She doesn't give off a healthy glow, and her skin tone has gotten darker and she looks like she aged 10 years... Anorexia is what it looks like to me.

If she worked out a ton, as she says... she would have more muscle mass. Unfortunately, she looks like an anorexic. She lost way too much weight. She looked really good in the picture were she's wearing the red dress. She looked like the other contestants would look after the show, but maybe she just didn't have the confidence and wanted to lose more. My concern is that she has gone to a different eating disorder? Instead of over eating, now she is not eating!

I personally think she looks thin, healthy, and gorgeous! My only concern is that she lost so much weight in such a short period of time. Not sure that is very healthy. It's almost impossible for them to maintain their weight loss 100% when they go back in the real world. She'll still look great if she gains 5-10 pounds, but I think she looks fantastic now!

Her face looks sickly, bony, undernourished. She was prettier when she was a heavier girl. My first reaction was wow, she was definitely throwing up or starving herself to win 250 G's. Its alot of money, not out of the realm of possibilities. She doesnt look healthy.

It all seems so NICE/GOOD, but to lose that much weight in such a SHORT amount of time, is EXTREMELY hard on the HEART.. Remember, the heart is a muscle, and it was USED to pumping for the WEIGHT that she lost. Now, though, it feels great, but one never knows what damage can appear, and all for the WINNING of the money. My sargeant at the sheriff's office, did the very SAME thing, and he looked great, BUT, time evolved in over 2 or 3 years AFTER the loss of his weight, and he just DROPPED dead... and it wasn't from anything other than the WEIGHT LOSS express.
