The Bachelor isn’t strictly about Juan Pablo Galavis' journey for love. Heck, you could argue it's not about that at all, or that it's at least a secondary concern.
it’s about the drama, the cat-fights, and the fame, most notably who will go on to become The Bachelorette on this summer's edition of the franchise.
ABC has yet to release a premiere date or details for The Bachelorette Season 10, but the last six seasons have featured a Bachelor contestant.
DeAnna Pappas, Ali Fedotowsky, Jillian Harris, Ashley Hebert and Desiree Hartsock all made it to at least the final four of their respective seasons.
Emily Maynard even won the final rose on The Bachelor, but became The Bachelorette after she and Brad Womack (who also negged DeAnna) split.
So who will it be this summer? Signs point to Andi Dorfman. Why?
It is rumored that Andi leaves of her own volition late in the season, just not feeling it with Juan and making her a strong candidate for The Bachelorette.
Andi Dorfman also happens to be gorgeous, a successful lawyer, confident and charismatic. She'd probably be the best possible choice regardless.
The timing and the fact that she leaves voluntarily could be the biggest key, though. The runner-up, if it's Clare or Nikki, would likely be too heartbroken.
Also, fans don't really like either of them up to this point, and for good reason.
On the other hand, Juan Pablo Galavis wasn’t on anyone’s radar when Desiree Hartsock’s season began, and didn't even make it to the hometown dates.
He became the consensus fan favorite, though, which either says a whole lot about Juan Pablo or Desiree Hartsock's taste in men ... or a combination thereof.
Another candidate besides Andi could be Renee Oteri, who is sweet, kind and generally well received by fans, even if she lacks the same screen presence.
What do you think? Would you like to see Andi, Renee or someone else?
