Samantha Scheibe wants criminal charges dropped against George Zimmerman despite the allegedly violent altercation with her boyfriend last month.
Scheibe has told a Florida court that the police “misinterpreted” her statements when she claimed he was brandishing a shotgun during a domestic incident.
Now, she has said in a sworn affidavit, she wants the charges to be dropped so she can get back with the notorious George Zimmerman. Seriously.
“I do not want George Zimmerman charged,” Samantha Scheibe said in an affidavit filed by Zimmerman’s attorney, Jayne Weintraub, on December 6.
Scheibe and Zimmerman have not been in contact since he was charged with felony assault following the November 18 incident at her house.
Scheibe called 911 claiming Trayvon Martin's exonerated killer had threatened her with a gun ... though she is singing a very different tune now.
“When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated …” Scheibe says in the new affidavit. “I believe that the police misinterpreted me."
"I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police.”
At the time, she called 911, saying, “He’s in my house, breaking all my s--t because I asked him to leave. He’s got a freaking gun, breaking all my stuff.”
Scheibe now claims that Zimmerman “never pointed a gun at or toward my face in a threatening manner.” Moreover, she says, “I want to be with George.”
Samantha is allegedly pregnant as well. George claims she went crazy after she asked for financial support and to raise the baby alone, and he consented.
A few months earlier, George's then-wife called 911 claiming that Zimmerman threatened to shoot her and punched his father-in-law in the nose.
Shellie Zimmerman filed for divorce in September.
George, who was also pulled over for speeding in July and September, is currently a free man on a $9,000 bond, and has given up all his firearms.
He currently wears an ankle monitor as well.
