Khloe Kardashian may now be single. But she’s far from alone.
Days after her daughter filed for divorce from Lamar Odom, Kris Jenner has talked to E! and expressed nothing but support for Khloe in this time of need.
“Khloe really is so great. She’s strong,” Jenner says.
“The good news is that she’s busy… she’s got such a big heart but she also is very sensitive. She’s got that tougher exterior and sensitive inside, but she’s good.”
“She’s got all of us all around her.”
Earlier in the week, Lamar Odom’s daughter (above) also spoke on her dad’s split from the reality star – though she didn’t really seem to care on bit about it.
Jenner, though, referred to Khloe as “a gift” and “one of my biggest blessings” and added that the break up with Odom won’t be easy, but it was for the best.
“I think that when you have a tough decision to make and you finally make it, it’s always a relief to come through that process, but it is a process,” Kris noted. “So we’ll see.”
Kardashian and Odom had not been living together since June. The latter’s substance abuse problem has been well documented and he has even admitted to cheating on his wife.
Still, an insider tells E! that Lamar is “deeply saddened” that his marriage was over, even if he wasn’t shocked by the divorce filing.
“He knew it was coming and it was only a matter of time,” this source says. “He felt like he gave his all to try and save the marriage, but ultimately he wasn’t able to.”
