Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are setting the record straight regarding talk that their marriage is crumbling and they're headed toward a messy and costly divorce.
Nothing, they say, could be further from the truth.
"[Rumors] seem to be running like crazy right now for some reason. It's perplexing," Hill told People Friday night. "I don't know why 'happy' can't be a story."
Following the couple's concert in Las Vegas, the 46-year-old singer insists the couple is "absolutely not" divorcing, a sentiment echoed by Tim McGraw.
"We've been married 17 years, and since the first week we were married those things were out," he told the magazine of the constant divorce chatter.
"We don't even think about it. The only time we ever think about it is [when we] worry about the kids. But they've been around it, too, so they laugh it off."
It's clear that the country couple, who have three daughters together, don't seem too bothered by the rumors, regardless of how crazy they may be.
In August, reports surfaced McGraw felt mistreated by his wife, while Hill reportedly accused her man of having "sexual chemistry" with Taylor Swift.
There were sightings of Faith with no ring ... even gay rumors surrounding Tim. It's unclear why the torrent of tabloid chatter started, but it's just not true.
Reps for Faith Hill and Tim McGraw brushed off the reports as "totally false and ridiculous," while Tim even shared his secret to long, happy marriage.
"The easy answer is just to shut up and not say anything, that’s easy," McGraw joked. "But really it’s a lot of give and take and it’s a lot of no ultimatums."
Sounds like it's working out pretty well for them. So much so that they'd consider having more kids? See what they have to say on that topic below ...
