Charlie Sheen was admonished by a judge in his bid to win custody of his sons from Brooke Mueller yesterday, and was warned that he will go to jail.
If he keeps on running his mouth, that is.
The judge was upset with Charlie, who called the jurist a fatty and a douchebag among other things, and warned the star, "Don't forget, I'm Italian!"
A temporary restraining order has been issued against Charlie, re-instating the gag order in the case and prohibiting him from talking about events.
Sheen is also prohibited from going within 200 yards of Brooke Mueller, or from contacting her, at all. Reportedly, Charlie told the judge, "Thank you."
The judge was considering whether to impose some sort of penalty on the Warlock for violating the gag order, but no penalties were handed down today.
Brooke Mueller, who was in court as well, had her lawyers ask the judge to suspend his visitation rights with the twins, but the judge rejected her request.
Muller also wanted Denise Richards removed as temporary guardian of the twin boys, Bob and Max Sheen, but that didn't happen at the hearing either.
It's gotten ugly, people, and there's no cease fire yet ... just a temporary muzzle on Charlie talking or Tweeting about how much he think Brooke sucks.
