Despite recent claims that Brittany Murphy may have been poisoned to death, the L.A. County Coroner says there are no plans to reopen the case.

    Her dad should go to the FBI with his findings. Many complaints have been made to the FBI about the LAPD and coroners anyway, he will just be another one complaining. Something might get done, plus he could go to Justice Dept., too, as they are investigating LAPD.

    I think it's more likely they died from toxic mold in the house rather than poison. Who would have poisoned them? A lot of people thought Simon killed Brittany, but he wouldn't have poisoned himself. Her mom was living with them, but I really don't see her poisoning her daughter. She seemed so devastated when she died. Since mold was found in the house, that seems like a more probable cause of death. If these new toxicology lab results were legit, why wouldn't they share the results with the coroner's office?! Let their bodies rest in peace.
