Kim Kardashian fans, or people who know who Kim Kardashian is, are well aware of how this saga ended, but it will play out on TV at last next weekend.
E! audiences will get to see how the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star ended up rushed to the hospital to delivery of baby North West on June 15.

The new mother, who turns 33 today, is heard panicking and telling younger sister Khloe that her baby was coming much earlier than her July 14 due date.
“I have to deliver the baby right now!” Kim Kardashian said in the just-released preview, while Khloe and Kourtney support her as much as they can.
It’s as serious and honest as it gets on this program, for sure.
We are told that she’s “almost there” en route to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., so it sure looks like we’ll see the Chosen One’s birth next weekend.
Kim brought her first child into the world naturally at 1:30 a.m. on June 15. Little North West was healthy, but weighed in at just four pounds, 15 ounces.
Kardashian’s partner Kanye West was present for the entire thing, cancelling his appearance at a Yeezus record release party to be there for the moment.
This past Friday, Kim’s half-sister Kendall Jenner shared the latest image of little Nori’s hand, similar to the one that Khloe revealed a few days prior.
It was the fourth official image released of the three-month-old baby, whose face was last seen when she was adorably swaddled in a blanket October 4.
Kim has slimmed down thanks to the Atkins Diet and proudly posted a scantily-clad selfie that had Kanye proclaiming he was HEADING HOME NOW.
