Frank Sinatra's Widow Slams Mia Farrow Over "Phony" Paternity Claim

by at . Comments

Forget the Miley Cyrus vs. Sinead O'Connor feud.

The real rivalry taking over Hollywood at the moment is between… Mia Farrow and Barbara Sinatra?!?

Farrow recently stirred up quite the scandalous storm when she told Vanity Fair that 25-year old son Ronan Farrow could "possibly" have been sired by Frank Sinatra, not director Woody Allen as the world has always assumed.

Told of these comments, Barbara - who was married to the iconic singer at the time of his death in 1998 - told The Desert Sun:

"I can't hardly believe that. It's just a bunch of junk. There's always junk written - lies that aren't true."

Ronan Farrow, Barbara noted, was not named in Sinatra's will, lending credence to what she calls a "phony" claim by Mia.

And Barbara Sinatra isn't the only one who doesn't believe Mia's statement.

A rep for Allen (via The Hollywood Reporter) said in response to this story: "The article is so fictitious and extravagantly absurd that he is not going to comment."

But at least Ronan is keeping his sense of humor throughout the ordeal. He cracked us up yesterday when he Tweeted:

“Listen, we’re all possibly Frank Sinatra’s son.”

Sure looks like O Blue Eyes. Now if he could just sing like him.

@ Sharon

Maybe he can.So lucky that
his dad was Frank or he would
not be so good looking.

Frank is her baby daddy! Woody has Brown eye's, Brown eyes always trumps blue. Basic anatomy

He's the spitting image of Frank Sinatra. That should be enough evidence right there.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark on this one and say that ol' blue eyes is the father of baby blue eyes! And I'm also guessing that since the Sinatra family has long accepted Ronan, then it's pretty much common knowledge to them of this fact as well. So good for Ronan, good for the rest of the Sinatra family and Mia Farrow. Now on to the next. ;-)
