Back in July, the Wallis family was visiting relatives in Chesterfield, Missouri when their Golden Retriever ran away.
The St. Louis natives believed they would never see Honey again.
But technology is a wonderful thing and Emily Wallis told St. Louis' KTVI that she received a shocking phone call three months after Honey went missing: she was found 600 miles away in LaGrange, Georgia!
The canine was eventually found by an animal shelter that checked for a microchip and tracked down the Wallis once it discovered one in Honey's neck. As for the tearful, tail-wagging reunion?
Watch it take place in the following video:
And why stop feeling good about life there?
