Camille Grammer has obtained a restraining order against Dimitri Charalambopoulos.

But that isn’t enough for the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member. She wants to see her ex-boyfriend prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

As previously reported, Grammar has leveled some serious charges against Charalambopoulos.

She says he beat her for approximately 40 minutes in the early morning of October, following a heated exchange that took place after a woman called Dimitri around 1:30 a.m.

According to legal documents filed on behalf of the reality star, Charalambopoulos grabbed her by the hair and slammed her skull into the headboard.

He also squeezed her nostrils together and covered Camille’s mouth, making it difficult for her to breathe. When Grammer tried to call for help, he allegedly destroyed her iPhone.

Camille says she feared for her life during the altercation and a judge has decreed that Dimitri cannot come within 100 yards of Camille or her kids for the time being.

But Charalambopoulos left the hotel room where this incident reportedly took place before the police arrive and he remains a free man. According to TMZ sources, Grammer has filed a complaint with the Houston Police Department and cops are investigating the confrontation as we type.

Camille wants him booked on charges of domestic abuse.
