The Gregory Brothers Cover "Wrecking Ball," Keep Clothes On

by at . Comments

Okay, Miley Cyrus.

The Gregory Brothers have taken you up on your request.

While defending her controversial (read: naked) Wrecking Ball video, Miley Cyrus told critics to focus not so much on her lack of clothing, but more on her raw emotion.

The track is "vulnerable," Cyrus said in a radio interview yesterday, and folks needs to dig "deeper into their imagination" if they wish to understand it.

Fair enough, this country band has seemingly responded.

They've recorded their own version of the song and featured fewer sledgehammer or actual wrecking balls while doing so. Take a listen above and compare it to Miley's original.
