Terrence Howard adamantly denies claims that he abused ex-wife Michelle Ghent last week, countering that she threatened to KILL him and his family.
Ghent is reportedly going to court to obtain a restraining order after Terrence (allegedly) physically abused after during an argument in Costa Rica.
Terrence tells a different story, calling the situation "a normal married fight" (even though they divorced in May), until things escalated because of her.
Howard claims she threatened him, pulled out pepper spray and attacked him, his kids and his son-in-law, while he didn’t lay as much as a finger on her.
The actor, according to TMZ, is prepared to provide text messages from May, in which an angry Michelle writes, "I would start hiding if I were u."
In another text she supposedly writes to him, "Be careful when u leave your place. U should move. I know where u and ur family live. Watch yourself."
"You need to be put down once and for all. I will not stop until all knows who u are."
In the police report from Costa Rica, Terrence says Michelle tried to commit suicide two months ago and was hospitalized and diagnosed with paranoia.
This is not the first time the two have traded shocking allegations.
Their marriage deteriorated quickly after earlier claims by Ghent that Howard abused her. He denied that and said she is a racist, violent, jealous monster.
They’ve been down this road before in other words.
