Michael Girgenti didn't want it to come to this.
According to Radar Online, the male model sent Kourtney Kardashian a letter on April 23, months before he filed for paternity and requested a DNA test to determine if he's the father of Mash Dash Disick.
“My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you’ve created with Scott [Disick],” wrote Girgenti to the woman he claims to have banged nine months prior to Mason's birth. "But at the same time, Mason deserves to know the truth.”
The 26-year old went on to assure Kourtney that he only has the best intentions.
“I assure you i don’t take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason," Michael wrote, concluding with a plea and a threat:
“Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously. Because if you don’t, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.”
And that's exactly what Girgenti has gone, with Kardashian's attorney quickly responding to the controversy and labeling the model's allegation as "false and absurd."
But it sounds as if Michael went to great lengths to avoid getting the courts involved in this personal issue. Not that there's any way at all to prove he actually sent this letter to Kourtney, of course.
