Embattled NBA star Lamar Odom was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs early Friday morning, according to a news report.
The bust occurred in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley at 3:54 a.m.
The star was booked and is currently being held on $15,000 bail.
Odom, 33, was pulled over on the 101 Freeway for going 50 m.p.h., which is too slow. Officers said the athlete been driving in a "serpentine manner."
As in weaving in and out of his and/or other lanes, most likely.
Lamar, whose signs of intoxication were "obvious," initially did not respond to the cops' attempt to pull him over, driving three additional exits before stopping.
Odom then proceeded to fail numerous field sobriety tests, then after being booked at the police station, reportedly refused to take all chemical tests.
It is unclear what substances he was allegedly under the influence of, but this comes on the heels of reports that Lamar Odom is hooked on crack cocaine.
That, combined with recurring cheating rumors, have taken a monstrous toll on his marriage, although Khloe remains committed to saving Lamar.
Yes, saving him as in saving his life. That has to happen before they can even think about repairing their union, and we really hope they can do so.
The way this is going, however, you can't help but fear the worst.
UPDATE: Deputies believe, according to TMZ, that he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and that his driving and conduct were "consistent with drugs."
There were no drugs or alcohol found in Lamar's car, however.
