The Bachelorette spoilers were not what you would call accurate last night, as Chris Siegfried shocked the world, walking away with Desiree Hartsock as his finacee.
But one widely-predicted aspect of the three-hour finale was on point:
Juan Pablo Galavis will be The Bachelor next season!
On the After the Final Rose special following the The Bachelorette season finale, host Chris Harrison announced the ABC franchise's newest star.
He seems to be a popular choice. Few contestants have made a bigger impact with less screen time than the Venezuelan former soccer player and single dad.
"It was hard to make the decision," he told Chris. "I'm going to find hopefully the person who is going to join me and my daughter. That's what I'm looking for."
The in-studio crowd went wild for Juan Pablo Galavis ... who also turned 32 yesterday! Just imagine when his journey for love begins in January 2014.
