It was a turbulent season marked by surprising exits, shady characters and botched spoilers, but The Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock is now engaged.
And she couldn't be happier about her final rose recipient, Chris Siegfried.
"I truly believe things happen for a reason," she says. "I have no regrets."
The duo had an interesting approach for dealing with the season as it aired.
Not wanting to reopen old wounds, Chris Siegfried revealed in an interview this week that he did not watch any of The Bachelorette scenes that he wasn't in.
He hasn't even seen her epic Brooks Forester breakup, in other words.
Whatever works for them is clearly working. Not even 48 hours after revealing their love on national TV, Hartsock says she's ready to move to Seattle.
"We're starting fresh," she says of the new home she picked out for them to move into together, while Chris says he's excited about their new nest:
"I've moved a few things to the place and I've also brought a few things of hers up. But we're going to get things together and piece the place together."
As for whether they'll tie the knot in the near future?
Though Desiree Hartsock says she would "marry him tomorrow," there is still a lot to consider when it comes to their wedding -"possibly" in June, they say.
Like designing her own dress, for example? "Yes, definitely," Hartsock, a bridal designer, says. "Twenties-inspired, a sheath dress with beading or lace."
Sounds like she's got that under control, at least.
Will the guest list include a camera crew? "We do want to keep it family and close friends," Chris says, though Des interjects: "And all of America!"
Will they make it to the altar? You tell us:
