Indicted on nearly 40 counts of fraud and facing 50 years behind bars, Teresa Giudice has spoken out for the first time since she and her husband entered a federal court building yesterday.

"Thank you all so so much for your love and support. It means the world to me and my family! TANTI BACI Xx," Giudice Tweeted this morning.

Yesterday, Teresa's lawyer also released a statement, saying his client is remaining calm and cool in the face of such legal troubles.

But other members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast are beginning to lose it.

Jacquelina Laurita vented her frustrations on Twitter today, writing:

"The press can stop coming2mydoor&calling my husband4us2comment regarding recent news... We have no comment, we reached out2castmembers directly.

"I don't like when people LIE to plant seeds to make others look bad, but I'm not worried bc I know in the end, the truth will come out. #RHONJ"

During Tuesday's hearing, Teresa and Joe were each released on $500,000 bond. They are yet to enter a plea and are due in front of a judge against on August 14.

Joe and Teresa Giudice believe they are above the law; therefore, they have disregarded it...39 times!
These people live their lives with a sense of entitlement, are injudicious, thoughtless and audacious; their recklessness is readily seen on RHONJ. For example, Joe nor Teresa exhibit any sense of self control, are absent of morals, values and ethics, and their judgment is ghostly. To say that their shortfalls are abundant is an under statement.
So, they are now facing prison time as a consequence of their behaviors, actions, and their sense of elitism. What were they thinking? I guess when you believe yourself to be better than others you just don't think!
As a parent, I always think about how my actions and behaviors effects my son No, I'm not perfect but I'm thoughtful, present, and I have a responsibility to my child. Happily, my son is kind, caring, thoughtful, compassionate, warmhearted, aware, and gentle. And, he's only 9! Sadly, Joe and Teresa's children appear to care more about shopping for Prada, rolling their eyes, and being disrespectful then anything else. Ummm...wonder where that comes from?
Joe and Teresa positivity didn't think about their four daughters when they decided to flagrantly brake the law. Why? Again, they believe themselves to be above the the law and seem unable to comprehend the ramifications of their criminal conduct...they just didn't think they would get caught. If they did consider the ramifications, that surely wasn't inclusive of the children.
I believe that each of them deserve to go to prison. Yes, both of them!
As parents, they have already failed...watch these kids...they, too have a sense of entitlement because their parents lead by example. I only hope that these kids can now be surrounded by people who can set good examples for them...give them rules, be present, teach them how to be compassionate, kind and empathetic. Enough with the shopping and being snobby, sassy and snippy.
Perhaps, Uncle Joe and Aunt Melissa will help raise the girls while their parents are paying their penance. Or, maybe cousin Kathy, Caroline or Jacqueline, as they all appear to know what is important in life...love, health, happiness and family. One can be privileged and still be grounded in reality; however, this doesn't apply to the Giudices.
No, I don't know the whole back story but I would be willing to listen; however, it doesn't change the fact that these people broke the law and decided to play with fire...now a lot of people are getting burned.
Lastly, if any of us "ordinary" folk would have claimed bankruptcy, our lives would have changed, drastically. How is it that Teresa and Joe continue to live a life a luxury?
In fact, as I write, Teresa is currently vacationing in the Hamptons. Hell, my cousin lives in the Hamptons, and I still can't afford to vacation there.
Maybe I should forgo my Social Work career because it certainly doesn't afford me to live in luxury. Nor, does the obligation of paying back my 40k graduate loans.
But, my career allows me to make a difference on a daily basis. And, I make my loan payment because it's the right thing to do, and it's the law.
Is it feasible to think that Joe and Tre thought that they were playing a game of Monopoly? You know, buying and selling properties, income tax, banking, houses, mortgages, bankruptcy, and landing in jail. I've concluded that they failed to remember the "jail" aspect of the game.

Bad things always fall on their own without anyone else having to do anything.Teresa unfortunately doesn't fear Karma but Karma is so real and it has now paid her a little visit. I don't feel sorry for her or Joe but I do feel for their ittle girls. Sometimes as adults we do things and we dont realize that they have a ripple effect and others around us. Lets see what lies they will come up with now and it would be a shame if the auhorities are taken for fools.
