But he has a long way to go.
On Saturday in Las Vegas - at the unveiling of his sock line, we kid you not! - Rob Kardashian told Us Weekly that his diet and exercise plan is going well. However...
"I still have to lose like 40 to 50 pounds believe it or not," Kardashian said at the event. "Six months I should be there."
In February, Rob vowed to lose weight after realizing how lazy he had gotten about his diet while dating Rita Ora for most of 2012.
At one point, the reality star said he ballooned to 235 pounds and has since been focusing on both healthy recipes and also on working with Lamar Odom's trainer.
Another change to his diet?
"I'm not really drinking out here in Vegas... I'm trying to get in a healthy direction," Rob said.
We can't even think of a way to make fun of the guy for that. We can only wish Rob the best of luck in attaining his goals.
