Christina Pagliarolo, a teenager who hoped to lose 70 of her 260 pounds by taking part in a segment on the Rachael Ray Show, is now suing that show for the abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of a personal trainer.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Christina says she was screamed at… forced to hike mountains… and placed on a StarMaster until she fell off after the speed was continually increased to an unmanageable figure.

As you can see in this video, Pagliarolo had extreme difficulty following the regimen at the time of filming:

The teenager is suing for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, claiming she suffered through leg injuries and psychological damage as a result of the training.

Says a rep for the show in response:

"We haven't received this purported lawsuit but if it does materialize we will defend ourselves against it vigorously and fully expect to prevail."

Psychological damage?! What a fat, lazy piece of shit. Disgusting that they would sue. Perfect example of what's wrong with people today. What a pig.

@ Joe B.

Joe, Fat does not equal lazy. She may have other health and emotional issues going on. Where is your compassion? All I'm seeing from your post is your obvious hatred of fat people, which I find disturbing.

Any half decent trainer had her or her guardian sign a wavier releasing the trainer from liability. There was also probably clause urging her to get medical clearance and speak with her physican before participating in physical activities.
