It's painful to watch this slow spiral down. I feel Lohan has been unfairly treated, small things have been allowed to drag on for too many years, but she has done little to avoid it, save for her duly completing her service at the morgue the last time around. There is a toxic mix here of Lohan being careless and LA law enforcement being overly zealous. This evil circle has to be broken. Someone must convince her she has to stop driving, stop drinking and clubbing (all three present a risk for her to either screw up herself, or be framed), and change company. And see a QUALIFIED shrink.

Lohan is a total screw-up. Any other individual, who is not in the entertainment field, and in the publc eye, would be in prison. No more breaks for her. Lock her up, let her think about her life. The time to reflect, just might just save her life.
