Lena Dunham Playboy Interview: Thank Goodness I'm Plump!

The actress, so often naked on HBO's Girls, is actually clothed within the pages of the world's most famous men's magazine.
Asked about her full-shaped figure, Dunham says she's actually grateful for her appearance.
Why does she prefer it over that of Miranda Kerr or Alessandra Ambrosio?
"I don't want to go through life wondering if people are talking to me because I have a big rack," says the actress/writer. "Not being the babest person in the world creates a nice barrier. The people who talk to you are the people who are interested in you."
Does Dunham see any appeal to being hot?
"I probably would want to see if I could get free food at restaurants," she says.
The Girls Season 2 finale airs this Sunday night on HBO.

I thought that she was some professional model or so. But, she is just some actress on a crappy show.
Most of the people who are now "interested" in her are so because she's successful, so again she can't be sure that it's the real Lena they appreciate!
Firstly, she's at least half right - an average-looking girl avoids the idiot men looking for a model to show off, rather than a real girlfriend. My most beautiful friends all got crazy guys. But secondly, skinny is not necessarily sexy. The media are stupid for being obsessed with images of half-naked, skinny girls, persisting in calling them "hot". Well, they may be aesthetically appealing, but almost every unclad woman is "hot" simply for being a woman. In real life, a mere glance or twinkle in the eye can send a man to bliss. ;)

Don't kid yourself lady she's fat. If I'm the same size as she is and I qualify as fat then for damn sure she's fat too and there's nothing wrong with that! Call it whatever cutesy name you wish but fat is fat plain and simple. Embrace it and move on.
