Kim Kardashian Sneak Peek: A Vampire Facial!

On this week's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kim Kardashian underwent what she described at the time as a "blood facial" and then altered to a "vampire facial" over social media.

What exactly does this beauty maneuver entail? We don't want to know.

But what does it look like close up? Kim was kind enough to give us a sneak peek via her official blog:

Kardashian looks somewhat pleased by her odd appearance in this photo at least, which is more than we can say for a recent tabloid report that claims Kim is freaking out over her pregnancy weight.

The reality star has supposedly packed on 65 pounds - yes, 65 pounds! - already and positively hates the way she looks.
