Katie Holmes goes topless and poses on the beach in a new ad campaign for the jewelry company IRIS, her long brown hair is blowing in the wind.

There's a diamond necklace in there somewhere, too, though we'll forgive you if you initially missed it when you first laid eyes upon this photo:

This risque ad is a far cry from anything we've seen from her in years ... if at all. One random Katie Holmes topless scene from The Gift notwithstanding.

“She is more confident than ever,” a friend of hers said recently.

You won't hear any real arguments from THG, that's for sure.
