Justin Bieber Birthday Pics: The Shirtless Stroll!

Following a show in Birmingham last night, the singer told the crowd he was "gonna go celebrate 19."
He proceeded to head back to his hotel to change, yanking off his top before arriving there and showing off 12 tattoos and one ridiculous six pack to all around him.
Including the THG cameras that were on the scene:
Bieber (who turns 19 TODAY!) partied with friends - including rumored gal pal Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke - at the exclusive nightclub BLC until 5 a.m.
According to Daily Mail sources, Bieber and friends then headed to London's Edgware Road for early morning/late night snacks before calling it at 6:30 a.m.
As for what to get the birthday boy? We can't say.
But he clearly presented fans with a gift of his own last night. You did see the photos above, right?!?
