Desiree Hartsock certainly looked the part of The Bachelorette last night.
While the runner-up on next week's finale (see The Bachelor spoilers to learn who that is) would seem to be the frontrunner for the job, it could be Des' to lose.
On Monday's The Bachelor: Women Tell All Special, Hartsock not only looked great, but sounded like she was reading from the Bachelorette-to-be playbook.
Pretty and likable without trying too hard, and recounting her heartbreak with sincerity without seeming too crushed, the fan favorite further burnished her credentials.
The amount of time devoted to Desiree Hartsock last night would suggest that she's at least as likely to assume the starring role as Lindsay Yenter or Catherine Giudici.
Can you even see Lindsay or Catherine as The Bachelorette, either?
Both are great fits for Sean, but perhaps a bit too girlish to run the show. The popular Desiree may have the best blend of personality traits - and/or interest.
Combined with AshLee Frazier basically taking herself out of the running with her own actions (whatever you think of them), Des looks like the pick.
UPDATE, 3/11/13: It's confirmed! On the After the Final Rose special Monday, the big reveal was made, to the surprise of no one at this point.
It's official, Desiree will hand out the roses this summer!
What do you think of Des being The Bachelorette?
