Britney Spears: KFC Does a Body Good!

Britney Spears loves her some KFC. Finger-lickin' good, y'all.

The 31-year-old mother of two was spotted leaving a Kentucky Fried Chicken in Thousand Oaks, Calif., with takeout (and bodyguard, but no David Lucado) in tow.

Awesomely, Britney stopped by KFC after a photo shoot ... for fitness mag Shape. Hey, she still looks awesome, so whatever she's doing is working for her!

Kevin Federline, on the other hand, may want to try some healthy recipes once in awhile. KFC can be a nice indulgence once in awhile, but gosh man.
