Amanda Bynes' Face Piercings: Hot or Not?

In this case, it's the latter.
In a photo she posted Sunday, Bynes showed off TWO cheek piercings along with heavy makeup, false eyelashes, long curly hair and no shortage of bling.
Caption: "Talk that talk."
Whatever that means.
Late last year, the "retired actress" had her license suspended because of unpaid tickets and was later charged with driving with a suspended license.
Amanda Bynes pleaded not guilty in September and moved to New York, where she's been doing her strange, random, unpredictable thing ever since.
