Teen Who Flipped Off Judge Apologizes, Avoids Slammer

Penelope Soto is very sorry - and, as a result, she will not be spending 30 days behind bars.

The 18-year old became a viral sensation last week after she laughed in the face of a Miami-Dade judge prior to flipping him off, a gesture which earned Soto a month-long prison sentence.

But Soto, who was initially arrested for possession of Xanax, shed tears in court yesterday when acknowledging her mistake and agreeing to treatment for drug addiction.

In response, as you can witness in this video, the judge dropped his contempt of court charge and vacated her jail term.

June 2011 we were hit by a carload of drunk Indians and ran off the road. We answered all our subpeonas to testify but the "First Nations" natives did not. As of the January 2013 court appearance they never showed, no warrants issued. Because they are Indians. One time a wagon burner cussed the judge up one side and down the next using all the four letter words, and walked out of court with no penalty for it. In Canada the court system will not sanction indians.

I apologize too for trespassing on my behalf.
..............won't happen again.
