Illuminati Not a Thing, Russell Simmons Insists

In the aftermath of Beyonce's halftime show hand insignia, we've seen renewed debate over the Illuminati, the secret society some believe controls us all.

Russell Simmons says it's all nonsense.

He says there's no such thing as the Illuminati, a group that supposedly runs the world and counts among its members Oprah, Kanye, Jay-Z and Beyonce.

Asked if he could confirm or deny the alleged members, or even acknowledge the group's existence, he said "Are you kidding me?" and that it's all a myth.
